In very limited situations System Operators are able to access to the information and data stored in the Quadrant system. Access to data and information stored in the Quadrant software is restricted to the following situations:
- When a ‘Remote Assistance’ request is enabled by an Authorised Research Team Member. This allows Quadrant System Support Staff time limited access to the project to enable the provision of support and training.
- When authorised by the Quadrant Project Director and Technical Lead and Senior Developer. Authorisation is governed by the Quadrant System Access policy.
All Quadrant System Operators agree and abide by the System Administrators Guild of Australia Code of Ethics.
